Peas Masala
iNGREDIENTS :
- Green peas - 2 cup
- Big onion - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger, garlic paste - 1 spoon
- Red chilly powder - 2 spoon
- Coriander powder - 1 spoon
- Butter - 2 spoon
- Coriander leaf
- Garam masala - 3 tsp
- Salt to taste.
METHODS :
- Cook green peas well.
- Cut onion into small pieces.
- Heat butter and deep fry onion till well browned.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomato. stir well.
- Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and water. Allow it to boil.
- Finally add green peas. Let it boil.
- When oil separates, Remove from fire.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
