Peas Masala

iNGREDIENTS :
  1. Green peas              -  2 cup
  2. Big onion                 -   2
  3. Tomato                    -    2
  4.  Ginger, garlic paste  -  1 spoon
  5. Red chilly powder      -   2 spoon
  6. Coriander powder      -   1 spoon
  7. Butter                         -    2 spoon
  8. Coriander leaf
  9. Garam masala           -   3 tsp
  10. Salt to taste.
METHODS :
  1. Cook green peas well.
  2. Cut onion into small pieces.
  3. Heat butter and deep fry onion till well browned.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato. stir well.
  5. Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and water. Allow it to boil.
  6. Finally add green peas. Let it boil.
  7. When oil separates, Remove from fire.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaf.
