Paneer Varuval

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Paneer              -  200 gram
  2. Curry masala powder - 1   1 / 2 tsp
  3. Ginger, garlic paste    -  1 / 2 tsp
  4. Cornflour                    - 1 tsp
  5. Rice flour                    - 1 / 2 tsp
  6. Lemon juice                -  1 / 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for fry
METHODS :
  1. Cut the paneer into small slices.
  2. Mix,  masala powder (or) chicken 65, cornflour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt with the paneer slices.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add paneer slices.
  4. Fry in medium flame till paneer becomes golden brown.
