Potato Varuval

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Potato                  _   1 / 4 kg
  2. Red chilly powder  _    1 / 2 tsp
  3. Salt                         _     1 / 4  tsp
  4. Cornflour               _      1  tsp
  5. Rice flour              _       1  tsp
  6. Oil for fry
METHODS :
  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Take it in bowl and pour warm water . keep it for few minutes and strain the water.
  3. Mix red chilly powder, cornflour, rice flour, salt and with the potato pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the potato pieces.
  5. Fry in medium flame. Till potato becomes golden brown.
