Potato and Garlic Varuval

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Potato              -  1/4 kg
  2. Garlic              -   100 gram
  3. Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds       - 1/2 tsp
  5. Urad  dhall              - 1/2  tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for fry
METHODS :
  1. Cut the potatoes and garlic into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard and urad dhall.
  3. Then add potato, garlic, red chilly powder, and salt
  4. Fry in medium flame.
