potato - Dry Red Chilly Varuval

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Potato       - 1/4 kg
  2. Small onion  -  10
  3. Dry red chilly  -  10
  4. oil for fry
  5. Salt for taste
METHODS :
  1. Cut the potato and onion into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add dry red chilly pieces and onion fry well.
  3. Add potato pieces, salt and 1/2 glass water.
  4. cook well in medium flame.
