INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 200 g
- Tomato - 200 g
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Cinnamon - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, chilly, onion and tomato. Fry well.
- Add ginger, garlic paste and chicken. Mix well.
- Add all powders, coconut milk and salt.
- Allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
- Chicken pepper fry is ready.
