Chicken Pepper Fry ( chettinadu styl )

INGREDIENTS :
  • Chicken                           - 1/2 kg
  • Onion                              - 200 g
  • Tomato                            - 200 g
  • Red chilly powder            - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder             - 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder                - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder                 - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk                   - 1 cup
  • Ginger, garlic paste          - 1 tsp
  • Bay leaf                           - 2
  • Cinnamon                        - 2
  • Cardamom                      - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Heat oil add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, chilly, onion and tomato. Fry well.
  • Add ginger, garlic paste and chicken. Mix well.
  • Add all powders, coconut milk and salt.
  • Allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
  • Chicken pepper fry is ready.
