INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Tamarind - lemon size
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 150 g
- Tomato - 150 g
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 2
- Curry leaf
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil add onion, tomato, curry leaf, chilly, mustard, and fenugreek.
- Add all powders, tamarind extract and salt.
- Add chicken and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
- Chicken tamarind curry is ready.
