Chicken Tamarind Curry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Chicken                             - 1/2 kg
  • Tamarind                            - lemon size
  • Red chilly powder               - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder               - 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder                 - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion                                  - 150 g
  • Tomato                               - 150 g
  • Mustard                              - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek                           - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chilly                       - 2
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add onion, tomato, curry leaf, chilly, mustard,  and fenugreek.
  • Add all powders, tamarind extract and salt.
  • Add chicken and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
  • Chicken tamarind curry is ready.
