INGREDIENTS :
- Prawn - 1/2 kg
- Potato - 2
- Cinnamon - 3
- Cardamon - 3
- Bay leaf - 2
- Curry leaf
- Coriander leaf
- Onion - 1/2 cup
- Aniseed - 1 spoon
- Tomato - 1
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, onion, potato and tomato.
- Add aniseed , ginger garlic paste, curry leaf and coriander leaf.
- Add all powders, prawn and salt.
- Allow to cook for 15 min .
- Prawn kuruma is ready.
