Chettinad chicken

INGREDIENTS :

  • Onion                        - 1 cup
  • Chicken                     - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste     - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder       - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder          - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilly              - 10  -20
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Heat oil add onion, chilly and ginger garlic paste . Fry well.
  • Add all powders, salt and chicken.
  • Allow it to cook for 30 min.
