INGREDIENTS :
- Dosa batter - 2 cup
- Idly Powder - 5 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Beans - 2
- Onion small - 10
- Green chilly - 2
- Curry leaf
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Take a bowl add batter, idly powder, all vegetables, Onion, chilly, curry leaf and salt.
- Mix well.
- Heat a griddle with little oil.
- Spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.
INGREDIENTS :
- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1/4 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Soak rice and urad dal separetely for 6 hours.
- Grind rice, urad dal and grated coconut. grind well.
- Finally add slat and mix well.
- Leave in room temprature over night.
- Heat a griddle with little oil.
- Spread the batter on paqn to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.

- Raw rice flour - 3 tsp
- Onion small - 5

- Take a bowl add wheat flour, raw rice flour and salt . mix well.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, chily, mustard, urad dal, and curry leaf. fry well.

- Potato - 3
- Tomato - 1
- Onion bella -1
- Green chily - 3
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp

- Coriander leaf

METHOD :
- Heat a pan with little oil.
- spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
- Cook both the side.
MASALA FILLING :
- Cook potato. Peel outer skin and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil add mustard, chopped onion, curryleaf, chilly, urad dal and tomato . Fry well.
- Add coriander leaf, potato and salt. Mix well.
- Add filling inside dosa and roll.

- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Raw rice flour - 1/4 cup
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Boil water add jaggery. allow it to boil till jaggery is completely dissolved. Then filter the syrup.
- Once the jaggery syrup cool. Add all flours and mix well.
- Heat a griddle with little oil.
- Spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.

- Take a bowl add raw rice flour, maida, salt and water. Mix well.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, chilly, cumin, curry leaf, coriander leaf and pepper powder. fry well.

- Spread the batter on pan, to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.
INGREDIENTS :

- Rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1/4 cup
- Fenugreek - 1 tsp
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Salt to taste

METHOD :
- Soak raw rice, rice, and urad dal separately for 5 hours.
- Soak fenugreek for 5 hours.
- Grind all soaked items and grated coconut. Grind well.
- Finally add salt and mix well.
- Leave in room temperature overnight.
- Heat oil in deep pan, pour a cup of batter, cover with lid.
- It's turns brown and crispy.

- Pepper - 10
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly - 2

- Soak rice for 3 hours .
- Grind rice. thuthuvalai, pepper, cumin and chilly. Grind well.
- Finally add salt and mix well.
- Heat a pan with little oil.
- Spread the batter on pan in circular motion to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.

- Soak dal and rice for 2 hours.
- Soak dry red chilly separately for 2 hours.
- Cut tomato into small pieces.
- First grind cumin, dry red chilly, grated coconut and asafotida.
- Then add rice, urad daal, and tomato. Grind well.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Leave in room temperature for 1 hour.
- Heat griddle with little oil.
- Spread the batter on griddle in circular motion to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.
