Drumstick Mutton Kuruma

INGREDIENTS :
  • Mutton                   - 1/2 kg
  • Channa dal             - 1/2 cup
  • Drumstick              - 4
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut        - 1/4 cup
  • Red chilly powder    - 2 tsp
  • Onion                        - 200 g
  • Green chilly              - 4
  • Curd                          - 1 cup
  • Cinnamon                  - 1
  • Cardamom                - 1
  • Glove                         - 1
  • Aniseed                     - 1 tsp
  • Tomato                      - 2
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak channa dal for 2 hours.
  • Clean the mutton well.
  • Grind grated coconut.
  • Heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom, clove and curry leaf.
  • Add little water and channa dal.
  • Add onion, tomato, and curd. Fry well.
  • Add mutton and drumstick.
  • Add water and salt.
  • Allow it to boil for 20 minutes.Cook well.

China Crab Fry (nandu)

INGREDIENTS :
  • Crab                               - 1/2 kg
  • Maida                             - 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour                      -  1/4 cup
  • Red chilly powder         - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce                    - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the crab well.
  • Take a bowl add maida, red chilly powder, soya sauce, corn flour, salt and little water. Mix well.
  • Add crab and mix well.
  • Heat oil add crab and fry well.

Vegetable Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Dosa batter         - 2 cup
  • Idly Powder         - 5 tsp
  • Tomato                - 1
  • Carrot                  - 1
  • Beans                  - 2
  • Onion small         - 10
  • Green chilly        - 2
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add batter, idly powder, all vegetables, Onion, chilly, curry leaf and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Coconut Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw rice             - 1 cup
  • Urad dal              - 1/4 cup
  • Grated coconut   - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak rice and urad dal separetely for 6 hours.
  • Grind rice, urad dal and grated coconut. grind well.
  • Finally add slat and mix well.
  • Leave in room temprature over night.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on paqn to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Wheat dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Wheat flour             - 1 cup
  • Raw rice flour         - 3 tsp
  • Onion small             - 5
  • Green chily             - 1
  • Mustard                  - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal                  - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Curry leaf
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add wheat flour, raw rice flour and salt . mix well.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, chily, mustard, urad dal, and curry leaf. fry well.
  • Add the fried items into the batter and mix well.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread a batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook both the side.

Masala Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Dosa batter              - 2 cup   ( mavu )
MASALA FILLING :
  • Potato                 - 3
  • Tomato               - 1
  • Onion bella         -1
  • Green chily         - 3
  • Urad dal              - 1 tsp
  • Mustard              - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Heat a pan with little oil.
  • spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook both the side.
MASALA FILLING :
  • Cook potato. Peel outer skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add mustard, chopped onion, curryleaf, chilly, urad dal and tomato . Fry well.
  • Add coriander leaf, potato and salt. Mix well.
  • Add filling inside dosa and roll.

Ragi Jaggery Dosa

INGREDIENTS:
  • Ragi flour                - 1 cup
  • Jaggery                   - 1/2 cup
  • Raw rice flour         - 1/4 cup
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Boil water add jaggery. allow it to boil till jaggery is completely dissolved. Then filter the syrup.
  • Once the jaggery syrup cool. Add all flours and mix well.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.
