- Carrot - 2 ( medium )
- Spinach - 1 cup
DIRECTIONS :
- Wash all vegetables and fruits.
- Core the apple and cut the apple to fit the juicer.
- Cut the top and bottom of the carrot and through away.
- Juice apple , carrot and spinach.
