Wheat Jaggery Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Wheat flour              - 2 cup
  • Jaggery                    - 1 cup
  • Raw rice flour          - 1/4 cup
  • Grated coconut        - 1/2 cup
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Boil water add jaggery. Allow it to boil till jaggery is completely dissolved. then filter the jaggery syrup.
  • Grind grated coconut.
  • Once the jaggery syrup cool, add all flours and ground items. Mix well.
  • Heat a pan with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan, to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Maida Flour Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Maida flour                 - 1 cup
  • Raw rice flour             - 3/4 cup
  • Onion small                 - 15
  • Green chilly                - 2
  • Mustard                      - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin                          - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder            - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Curry leaf
  • Coriander leaf
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add raw rice flour, maida, salt and water. Mix well.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, chilly, cumin, curry leaf, coriander leaf and pepper powder. fry well.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan, to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.  

Appam

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw rice                - 1 cup
  • Rice                       - 1 cup
  • Urad dal                 - 1/4 cup
  • Fenugreek             - 1 tsp
  • Grated coconut     - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak raw rice, rice, and urad dal separately for 5 hours.
  • Soak fenugreek for 5 hours.
  • Grind all soaked items and grated coconut. Grind well.
  • Finally add salt and mix well.
  • Leave in room temperature overnight.
  • Heat oil in deep pan, pour a cup of batter, cover with lid.
  • It's turns brown and crispy.

Pea Egg Plant ( Thuthuvalai ) Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Rice                         - 1 cup
  • Thuthuvalai             - 15
  • Pepper                     - 10
  • Cumin                      - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly            - 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak rice for 3 hours .
  • Grind rice. thuthuvalai, pepper, cumin and chilly. Grind well.
  • Finally add salt and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan in circular motion to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Ragi Dosa - 2

INGREDIENTS :
  • Ragi                      - 1 cup
  • Rice                      - 1 cup
  • Urad dal                - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak ragi, rice, and urad dal for 6 hours.
  • Grind ragi, rice, and urad dal.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Leave it for about 8 hours.
  • Heat a pan with little oil .
  • Spread the batter on pan in circular motion to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Ragi Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Ragi flour               - 1 cup
  • Urad dal flour         - 1/2 cup
  • Onion small            - 15
  • Green chilly            - 2
  • Cumin                      - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add ragi flour, urad dal flour, salt and water . Mix well.
  • Leave in room temperature over night.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilly and cumin. Mix well.
  • Heat griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on griddle in circular motion to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.

Tomato Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw rice                     - 1 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal                     - 4 tsp
  • Tomato                       - 4
  • Grated coconut           - 2 tsp
  • Cumin                          - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chilly              - 10
  • Asafotida                     - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Soak dal and rice for 2 hours.
  • Soak dry red chilly separately for 2 hours.
  • Cut tomato into small pieces.
  • First grind cumin, dry red chilly, grated coconut and asafotida.
  • Then add rice, urad daal, and tomato. Grind well.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Leave in room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Heat griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on griddle in circular motion to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.
