Cold Coffee With Chocolate Ice cream

INGREDIENTS :
  • Milk                  -  1 cup
  • Filter coffee      - 2 tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Chocolate ice cream      - 2 tsp
METHOD :
  • Add milk, filter coffee and sugar. Blend it well.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Then serve it with ice cream.

Vanilla Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS :
  • Milk                      - 1 L
  • Cornflour              - 2  1/2 spoon
  • Vegetable gelatin  - 1 spoon
  • Sugar                     - 3/4 cup
  • Fresh cream          - 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence     - 1 spoon
  • Milk                      - 1/4 cup
METHOD :
  • Dissolve cornflour in little milk.
  • Boil the milk. Low flame for 20 minutes.
  • Add sugar and dilute cornflour.
  • Allow it boil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from fire.
  • Add gelatin, fresh cream and vanilla essence.
  • Beat the whole mixture and freeze.
  • Remove beat again and re-freeze.

Pista Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Milk             - 3 cup
  2. Sugar            - 3/4 cup
  3. Corn flour     - 5 tsp
  4. Vanilla essence  - 1/4 tsp
  5. Food color          - 1/2 tsp ( yellow and green )
  6. Cream                - 1 cup
  7. Pista                   - 2 tsp
METHOD :
  1. Take a vessel, pour milk and boil well 
  2. Dissolve corn flour in little water.
  3. Then add corn flour into the milk. Cook on a low flame stirring continuously till it becomes thick.
  4. Add sugar and mix well. Remove from fire.
  5. Add vanilla essence, cream, food color and crushed pista. Mix well.
  6. Beat the whole mixture and freeze until 1 hour.
  7. Remove , beat again and re-freeze. 

Banana Flower Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Banana flower          - 1
  • Onion small              - 15
  • Drum stick leaf    few
  • Green chilly       - 2
  • Grated coconut    - 5 spoon
  • Urad dal              - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf          - few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the banana flower and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly, urad dal and curry leaf.
  • Add banana flower, drum stick leaf, salt and little water. fry well
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Banana flower poriyal is ready. 

Banana Stem Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Banana stem        -   1 cup
  • Onion small          - 10
  • Channa dal           -  1 spoon
  • Mustard               - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated coconut    -  3 spoon
  • Green chilly         - 2
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Oil for fry 
  • Salt to taste                
 METHOD :
  • Cur banana stem into small pieces.
  • Cook banana stem and channa dal.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, green chilly and curry leaf. fry well
  • Add banana stem, channa dal, and salt.
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Poriyal is ready .

Avial

INGREDIENTS :
  • Carrot           - 1
  • Potato           - 1
  • Brinjal           - 1
  • Drum stick   - 1
  • Raw banana  - 1/2
  • Yam               - 6 pieces
  • Curd              - 1 spoon
  • Onion small  - 8
  • Grated coconut - 3 spoon
  • Cumin               - 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilly     - 2
  • Curry leaf few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Cut all vegetables into small pieces and cook well.
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin and green chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, curry leaf.
  • Add all vegetables, ground items and salt.
  • Finally add curd and mix well.
  • Avial is ready. 

Beet root Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Beet root          - 2
  • Onion small      - 7
  • Channa dal       - 1 spoon
  • Green chilly      - 2
  • Grated coconut - 2 spoon
  • Curry leaf          - few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Peel outer skin and cut beet root into small pieces.
  • Cook beet root well.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, channa dal, green chilly and curry leaf.
  • Add beet root, and salt. fry well.
  • Add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Beet root poriyal is ready.
