Raw Banana Poriyal - 2

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw banana        - 2
  • Onion small         - 10
  • Mustard              - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal              - 1/4 tsp
  • Grated coconut   - 2 spoon
  • Green chilly        - 2
  • Curry leaf           - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cook raw banana. Peel outer skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, urad dal, green chilly and curry leaf. Fry well.
  • Add raw banana and salt.
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Banana poriyal is ready.

Raw Banana Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw banana          - 2

  • Grated coconut     - 3 spoon
  • Dry red chilly       - 2
  • Cumin                   - 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard                - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal                - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf             - few
  • Oil for fry
  • salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Peel outer skin and cut banana into small pieces
  • Grind coconut, cumin and dry red chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, urad dal and curry leaf. fry well.
  • Add banana, salt, turmeric powder, ground items and water.
  • Allow it boil for 10 minutes.
  • Banana poriyal is ready.

Drumstick Poriyal - 2

INGREDIENTS :
  • Drumstick        - 2
  • Onion small      - 10 - 15
  • Mustard           - 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut oil       - 1 spoon
  • Curry leaf        - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut drumstick into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard and curry leaf.
  • Add drumstick, water and salt.
  • Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Finally add coconut oil.
  • Drumstick poriyal is ready.

Drumstick Poriyal - 1

INGREDIENTS :

  • Cumin                  - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste.
  • Mustard                 - 1/4 tsp
METHOD :
  • Cut drumstick into small pieces.
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin, and dry red chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard and curry leaf.
  • Add drumstick, salt, and ground items.
  • Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Drumstick poriyal is ready.

Bitter Gourd Poriyal - 2

NGREDIENTS :
  • Bitter gourd         - 1/4 kg
  • Small onion          - 10 - 15
  • Green chilly         - 2
  • Grated coconut    - 4 spoon
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaf.
  • Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well.

Green peas poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Green peas             - 1/4 kg  or Butter beans
  • Onion Bellla           - 2
  • Dry red chilly         - 2
  • Cumin                     - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard                 - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal                 - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf              - few
  • Coriander leaf       - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cook peas well.
  • Grind onion bella (1), dry red chilly, and cumin seeds.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, Mustard, urad dal, and curry leaf.
  • Add peas, salt and ground items. stir well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf. 

Bitter Gourd Poriyal - 1

INGREDIENTS :
  • Bitter Gourd        - 1/4 kg
  • Grated coconut    - 5 spoon
  • Dry red chilly      - 2
  • Cumin                  - 1/2 tsp
  • Small Onion         - 10 - 15
  • Mustard               - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal               - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin and dry red chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard seed, urad dal and curry leaf.
  • Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
  • Add ground items and stir well.
  • Add little water allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Bitter gourd poriyal is ready.
